Recognizing that anger can be an ally when we learn how to express it in a clean way.
1. To recall a situation where you were angry and imagine you are back there. Practice how you would respond with all 4 strategies (i) anger in (ii) anger out (iii) mindful anger (iv) heart anger. Use this time to become familiar with the feeling of anger and the possible responses.
2. Allow yourself to have a "conscious rant" is a safe space, about something that could have gotten you angry if you didn't detach or numb.
